I wish there would have been a reverse cell lookup service when I first got a cell phone many years ago. I got tons of crank calls and telemarketers calling me. I was also very young and had girlfriend trouble. You know how that goes. I tried finding out where she had been and who was calling her by calling the numbers. That didn’t work out too well. Now that I am older and have kids I want to make sure they are with who they say they are going to be with. This is another great use for a reverse cell lookup.
In case you have no idea what a reverse cell lookup is I will explain. It is a way to find out who owns a phone number. Since most everyone has caller ID you already know the phone number. So you need to find out who owns it. This is in reverse form the usual 411 type search when you already know the person’s name, but you want their phone number.
There are web services out there that can perform a reverse cell lookup. Some say that the provide this service for free. This is usually some sort of scam. They will usually just provide you with the cell phone service carrier. To do a proper reverse cell lookup you need to find a good paid service. They charge a fee because they have to compile a huge database of records to get the information you want. This is not an easy task and it costs money, so that’s why you need to pay for such a service. The good services provide you with a lot of information such as name, address, cell phone location, maps, and more.
So now you know you don’t need to wonder any more, or have to call numbers you don’t know just to try to find out who owns them. All you need to do is a reverse cell lookup.
